When we talk about oneness, we rarely consider the intelligences that we would gain by being in sync with what is unfolding. Because such an integration would be a connection into the fabric of life, and once we are part of the fabric of life, we would understand where it is headed and better be able to go with that flow. John: Okay, so in my meditation dream I’m discovering that in a dreamworld where there are subtle inner influences at work behind the scene of things, it is possible to sense the forces trying to shape and manifest into life. It is possible to notice where, in other words inside one’s self a person recognizes this pressure, in other words, a pressure that is from within, or a movement or however you would say it.
The way you sense it is this sort of thing doesn’t quite resonate to however it is that you would normally be putting your intention. That’s how you recognize it, so you know that something else is emerging. It is not necessary for an event to fully evolve to get it because from within it is possible to sense an inner process trying to have its way over an unfolding outcome. So in other words, if you sense it you can go with it. You don’t have to necessarily know where it goes, you just know that what exists is not what you fuel or pay attention to. You pay attention to what’s coming through.
So in the dream I’m noticing that I carry a focus or a purpose or something, or something in terms of what is to be. Some part of me seems to already know what is coming. As a result, when I come up short in a dream in which where all things are taken into account as being equal, the intended result is not what the imagination is hoping for.
To keep from being left behind and awkwardly out of flow with the inner situation, it is important to let go of self-limiting nuances of my pent-up nature. To apprehend the inner unfolding from the sensation I have to unveil the mannerisms that stand in place and, when I do, it’s almost like that opens up the prophetic side of myself that is able to perceive and go beyond what is a harboring of a pent-up suspense. The part of my consciousness that is able to put my finger upon what is unfolding and when is the dream space and prophecy.
Meaning: to sense in the dreamworld that there is a part of myself that I am able to sense is coming, but isn’t ready to be here yet, is to come closer and closer to seeing the unseen outside of time. To do that with a clear groundedness is to be able to foresee the future. The dreams of sensations that hearken to a process lying within is what this dream is about. The challenge I am presented with is to catch up with this inner unfoldment with a clear and succinct, oriented knowingness.
This dream may sound really peculiar, but there’s a lot going on in it. It’s portraying how something really is at in relationship to myself and others, or the dream group, or however.

It’s an interesting concept: the universe is demanding of us, more and more, that we be an integrated part of it. And it is our fundamental separation that causes us much of the pain and bewilderment we experience. Said another way, it’s becoming harder and harder for us to ignore the truth of what it means to be a human being. Jeane:I just remember the end of a long dream and it feels like it has two overlapping parts, one is trying to remember two supplements that a person should take, one which is glucosamine, which my sister had asked me about last night for my dad, and the second one I can’t remember the name of it, but even in the dream in seems like important to me that I should be remembering these.
I’ve gone out from wherever I’m living. It feels like I’m in a city. I’m in a hurry to get somewhere for something that I have to do, but I get kind of stopped on the street by this couple that looks rather Middle Eastern. They don’t speak much English and they seem to have some concern about a woman who lives with them and she needs a certain type of help. They don’t know how to really get her that help.
She’s not really even their relative but she’s living with them, and I’m able to talk a little bit of Spanish and they talk whatever language they talk plus some Spanish, so I finally am able to suss out that there’s this woman and she needs help and they need someone to do something about it. I have some errand I have to run and I have to get back home, but then I tell them that I’ll call an agency that can help them with this.
So I go to take down their number and give them some number, but when I turn on my cellphone the battery is almost run down so I’m able to do one of those things, like maybe I’m able to take down their number or give them my number. That’s about all I’m able to do. I can’t look up anything on it, or handle more than one number, and I have to go back to the house. This has something to do with the supplements and then I agree that I’ll either call them or I’ll have them call me so that I can help them in the situation with the lady.
Then I go back to the house and I’m trying to remember both of the supplements and I think that’s when I woke up because you’d woken up to write up a dream and everything started to kind of go away as far as the dream, but it was like the information on the two supplements was as loud as whatever they felt was the urgent situation in their dreams, so it was just kind of odd.
John: The dilemma that we’re being confronted with is having to take into account everything that exists in the environment. In other words, it’s easy to try to determine how to look at just this, or to look at just that, but because everything is intertwined you have to take into account everything– and we’re not used to doing that. We’re used to having set parameters upon which we operate and function.
In other words, if we have chores or things that have to be done we have that ordered off to one side and in one particular manner. We’re not inclined to having to take into account how any one given thing leads to something else, to something else, to something else and that’s how this world is malfunctioning is that there is a spillover effect from one area to the next area to the next area to the next thing, and it’s all intertwined. And it’s like that and the barriers that had broken up the levels have fallen away because we’re meant to go towards what is called a oneness.
And so when you’re confronted with this sort of thing… where everything is busted into all kinds of intertwined pieces, and you’re used to a world that is ordered and put together, what happens is this develops this whole uneasiness, this whole kind of peculiarity that’s somewhat destabilizing to one’s nature because one’s nature, that is according to our devices, is held together by keeping correspondences, keeping the levels of correspondences in place, not having those levels all pulled out so that you then have to relate and connect all of it.
In other words, you can’t just look at one thing, you have to look at the consequences of that thing to the consequences to the next thing to the consequences of the next thing. And no matter how hard you try now to just try to remember to one set of loudness or routine or mannerism in one’s nature, which is how the world has functioned in its separation before, no matter how hard it is that we try to do that, it doesn’t work, and that this creates pain and chaos and confusion when you try to do that.
What is happening is on an intuitive sense level, in other words, something that you can feel in your bones so to speak, you can see it coming, you just know that it’s the way that things are going to have to be held in a container, in other words a container that includes it all, all intertwined in some very unusual way. You can feel this in your bones, even though you have images going through you of trying to remember or hold onto something specifically, as if you can isolate it specifically, and your dream doesn’t let you get away with it. You can’t seem to remember what you need to remember, and then as you try to remember that because you can’t quite remember it you’re falling into this component, and then that component, and everything about your dream shows that there is something that you’re not taking into account, that you’re not bringing in to the big picture.
Like I say we are being compelled to go into, not just an inner into an outer, but into an intertwined oneness. And to do that we can’t take and have any defined characteristics anymore. To the degree to which we have these defined mannerisms we go around and around in confusion and in a state and form of suffering.
It’s similar to having a dream where you’re busted into a million pieces, only this time you are busted into all of these pieces simply because when you hold onto something it won’t work.
In this image there are two ways of access being pursued, one in the form of a certain path to be taken, and the other in the form of a certain substance to be found. It’s not completely clear what should be done, but it is interesting to note how the clues of how to proceed are given, that there is a sense of the best way to find what is being sought. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)
Jeane:So in my main dream I’m in some place that feels somewhat South American or Middle American. Anyway, it’s in a Latin country. I’m with a woman that it’s not real clear who she is. We’re like probably in our 20s, both of us. We’ve gone from where we live, which is a certain distance away, and we’re walking through this village looking for something.
We go wandering through this village, but I feel like most of what we’re seeing are kind of things they sell to tourists and that doesn’t interest me too much. It seems to be something specifically that we’re looking for. So we go back through the market a second time, and this time we go down into a building and we meet a man there that’s like Ashton Kutcher, the actor that used to be married to Demi Moore. He seems to know about where you can get this substance we want and he’s going to go see a man and get some.
Meanwhile, she and I kind of wander around. She’s always kind of vague. I don’t see her too clearly, the woman I’m wandering around with. It feels like I room with her. I’m even at that point looking at how we get back to our place, and I’m just not quite sure how we get back there. There’s a more direct route or an indirect route, or a route you can take bicycles on, but I feel like the route that she’s thinking about it might be shorter but it’s not as certain as if we maybe took bicycles and went along the main route.
Meanwhile, I go back to check to see if the guy got the substance, and I think I go to his room a little before and I’m able to actually check out what’s going on there. Well, he comes back and he doesn’t seem to have the substance, he couldn’t get it from the man that had it, and he can’t seem to direct us to where this man is. But he seems to feel like he has something that’s almost as good, that’s just like the same thing. But I look down and I look that he has a sleeping bag he sits on and if you reach into that bag, and part of its side is cut away, there’s a substance inside it that he can reach in and crumble with his hand and when it gets really fine he’s trying to tell us that’s kind of the substance.
But I recognize that there’s still something that I guess to me would feel artificial about this. It feels like the man that he went to see or tried to find and see would have a version of the substance that was very fine and maybe refined or how it was in the very old days, and whatever he’s making now from some substance that’s in this bed he has it’s not going to be as good, just like I kind of feel like with my roommate, if she tried to find a shortcut back to where we’re going it’s not going to be as certain as if we take the longer sure route. That’s my best impression of the dream.
John: So first of all, you’re kind of thrown into a scenario in which you do not have your familiar bearings, which means that the scenario has a tone or a mood as a prevailing energetic. And the girl that’s with you is your shadow that also is in some way, shape, or form helping to hold that energetic that’s a little bit off in relationship to how it is that it can be pulled together. In other words, there’s something in the focus that’s off.
The deep meaningful theme of this dream is that even though that may be so, something being a little off in that you’re needing to try to bring it back into a cadence, what you’re needing to see is that this is possible through some natural invisible way. In other words, your shadow knows that in terms and relationship to dialoguing with your shadow the way to come back to the room is not as black-and-white… it’s not as establishable as you would think.
In other words, it’s not something that you can just readily ascertain and set forth, in other words there will be something missing if you do it that way, which is no different than this secret substance that you’re trying to find which you’re looking for in the outer, but it’s so fine that it is found almost in a way that you can’t put your finger on it, that can’t be tangibly located. That which is in its rawer state you know that settling for that is not going to bring you to the insight, an inner knowing insight, in an overall way that you need to have.
In other words, what you’re doing is first of all you’re paint brushing a setting in which there’s a tone or a mood or a mannerism in it. And then even though you’re sitting in that tone and mood or mannerism you know that there is something else that is outside of that, that is free of that. In other words, you have a sense of how to get back that is different than what might be described or done in some sort of specific manner that can be laid out and therefore takes off the life of it all, takes out the potency of the vibrational support.
And that is not a whole lot different than that as you are ascertaining the need of something that will take and put you outside of the tone or mood that you’re carrying, it’s not a whole lot different than the recognizing that there’s something natural and very fine that you can’t necessarily put your finger on, that you can’t necessarily locate in a simple way. In other words, it’s more than what you can catch up with, yet you know that that exists.
And the other substance that’s still raw and still needs a lot more refining and whatnot, you know that that isn’t going to be what you need in order to get you back or to bring you to a point where you need to be.
So you’re playing with the unseen, and you’re kind of doing it in two ways, or maybe even so to speak kind of repeating a similitude parallel, one in terms of how you get back to where you’re staying, and the other in terms of how you bring about that which you need. All of it in relationship to dealing with the table that you set, which has to do with being in a place and in a condition and in a state that needs to change a little bit because it’s not conducive. You know that it can become more in keeping with how something needs to be or to feel.
And of course you have your little shadow going around with you, to try and help, but in this particular case it’s kind of hard to tell if it’s helping or just being a crutch, or a support, in a process that is seeking to find the alignment in terms of how it is that you’re supposed to find this quality that is best known and understood and realized in its unseeable, unknowable condition. And even though one tries to make it seeable and knowable, what you do is take the life out of it if it’s trying to go from point A to point B, or you take the life out of it if you’re trying to infuse yourself with a secret substance that’s something that will change the tone or the manner or the mood you’re in. That doesn’t work. So, you’re probing this unknown subject in terms of an overall way of carrying yourself.
