Unfolding Awareness

2803770In so many ways our dreams seek to steer us toward an alignment with the flow of life. There are many aspects to that state of flow, but what is being sought is a connection where everything in us can work as it was designed to work. In this image, it is the breath that points to the flow, yet it could be the flow that balances the breath. Our systems are meant to be a part of this unfolding, so they are always trying to close the gap of separateness, like seeking a state of equilibrium, until we are united as one with the universe. Jeane: My first dream, which was about one or two in the morning, it’s actually like I’m watching, let’s say, a really tiny person in what almost looks like a little tiny inner tube in this narrow corridor. And it feels like they suddenly let out from the valve in front of the inner tube, or at least that’s the symbol. I’m not even sure it was an inner tube, but that’s the image let’s put it that way. It’s like a puff of air that can blow them along this narrow corridor off the ground, kind of.

And then, if they keep going with that little puff of air, they can keep traveling that way. And then there’s another one that’s doing the same thing, so it’s like I’m just studying that out. And I think I wake up kind of studying that out, like how do you get that just right?

John: The dreams were about the breath and how it is that you facilitate an unfolding awareness process, and a way of naturally being in terms of your breath, that is basically at the center of it all.

In other words, yes the inner comes into the outer, and if you actually catch up with this recognition and way in which you have a handle, or can see, the correspondence of the reflective outer and how that correlates to how something is in terms of yourself on the inner, in the ordinary sense, without having to deliberate, you have the breath coming into natural cohesion and alignment.

Now the dream last night and your dream is, what if the breath/heart connection misses a beat, so that instead of it being something that is natural, one is having to ponder how to bring it about. It’s part of a process. It’s not talked about; as a general rule it’s only referred to as at the epicenter of all spiritual practices.

But there is no focus that’s placed upon it because when the other part of yourself gets aligned, that is intended to find and come across and reach its own naturalness – kind of like automatically. Just like when you’re really stressed out in the outer, you have a shortness of breath. It just is naturally so. I mean you don’t think about, okay, let’s get into this shortness of breath and then I will be stressed out in the outer in having to try to figure something out that is bothering me.

And when you’re really touched by something, when you’re connected by something, in terms of the heart, if you were to pause you will notice – which you don’t do because the breath is kind of an automatic thing. If you paused you would notice that you had shortened the breath, and were cherishing it through the breath, that unfoldment. In other words, automatically had this one-to-one correspondence.

The breath is so vital that it is taken for granted, and it’s as if in a spiritual practice you’re allowed to come to know, or catch up with, that importance on your own, because it is something that is just there almost as if it corresponds reflectively as well. In other words, there is something about you that is alive, and you’re alive because something exists from within.

Reflectively you breathe. You don’t think about that, you just do it. Again, that’s a reflective aspect of something about you being alive. So if you connect with that which is alive, then that which has to do with what is involved with the breath naturally comes into cohesion. In other words, it’s part of a naturalness.

So the process of catching up with the soul is a process of alignment that has to do with recognizing the greater part, or higher self, of one’s being and, upon doing that, again with the breath being reflective to that, things just naturally fall in place.

Now why was it that one needed to have this impression, or have this pointed out? Well, it’s almost as if there’s this huge spiritual concept. In other words, everyone deep down knows that the key to everything has to do with an energetic and viability that stems from something that involves the breath, and that a given breath is a cycle of creation. So there’s the tendency to want to try to pay attention to that, but we don’t have the faculties to pay attention to that. That’s why it’s just a naturalness. It’s just given to us.

What we have to do is get into an alignment with our higher self, and the breath, as it’s meant to be there, is just naturally there. Now what will happen is, if you try to pay attention to the breath like what is necessary to scoot you this way along, or that way along, as if this is part of the bubble of things, that will keep you from going to the depths inside of yourself that you need to go. In other words, the breath will just naturally follow. And not only does the breath naturally follow, but so does the mind.

In other words, the mind that is paying attention to the outer, and the synapses, and the reflections through the senses and the way things are introduced in that capacity that leads to a reflective awareness, the mind that’s on that tangent is reflecting a distance that you have to your inner self. But when you have a connection to your inner self, your mind reflects just like your breath can go along with how it needs to be naturally. Your mind starts to develop a focus and attention that corresponds accordingly. So there really isn’t anything wrong with the mind, per se, because it, too, is reflective to something of a higher nature inside of itself that has to awaken. And when it isn’t awoken, the mind just reflects the degree to which you are estranged, or off, from that aspect of how it is you really are.
