Still Caught

the_hanged_manWe can think of human life in this way: We can live our years completely for ourselves and our interests, thinking it’s all about us, in which case we are a possibility and an opportunity lost to creation. Or, we can aspire to be a true human being by upholding qualities such as compassion, kindness, and charity, in which case we have offered something back into life. Or, better still, we can spend our time letting go of the personal, and strive to be in service to the universal. In this scenario, we can actually become co-creators into the evolution of the universe and, therefore, are a great asset to all of life. Jeane: Well in my dreams I was tracing a pattern, and this pattern looked like a series of squares that would be linked together. So I would come along and I would go forward and trace around the square and come back, and I might even divide it in two, and then go forward, and come over and come back.

And, initially, because of the going forward and coming back motion, it was almost like you could think you could win a bet or something with the energy and the motion that you were doing, the way you were linking the squares together, but not really because there was someone else there maybe you were competing against a little. Because I guess you have to come back in a way to where things are really linked solidly together with the squares.

But, eventually, you get to where you can add to the squares instead of just going around and making sure everything is linked together solidly. You can begin to add squares in, you know, going forward. And I just did that for the longest time. I don’t remember where it went from there, in terms of a dream or anything, because I was just totally involved in doing that.

John: That’s what it’s like when you make the shift. In other words, prior to making the shift the key is to go back and forth, to be able to go above and below, to be able to go up and down. In other words, not just go in one linear direction, to go in multiple directions.

Well, when you’re going in multiple directions, meaning up and down is all, you know nonlinear, because the faculties that you have that deal ordinarily with outer life tend to be very linear, going one direction or another. But when you can multitask in terms of the flow of life, and up and down is like the breath. Each breath is a cycle of creation. When you can do that, then you can contend with what is meant to be – in terms of as it is laid out, or designed, in its current way, in terms of you as a part of the whole.

And when you are approaching things that way, then this idea of competing with something, or that there is something else in the way, what that means is that you still have the moods, and mannerisms, and attitudes of your own nature that can interfere with how your placement is in relationship to that whole – because there could be others that are vying for that.

And so it’s almost like, if you snooze, you lose, if you don’t stay attentive to this up and down, or this cycle of the breath. What you’re describing is a condition of consciousness. Well, the first step that everyone contends with is the linear approach that works with the senses, and they look in just a very controlled and specific capacity, in an outward sense, and what they’re able to perceive is very, very limited.

The second scenario that you present, or that you catch up with, is the scenario that the spiritual path gets you to recognize that you have got to go above and below simultaneously, which means that you’ve got to go in both directions simultaneously, which is counter to how the ego tends to want to approach things in its linear way. And what this does is this opens you up to a recognition of the whole.

The third scenario, the scenario in which you have overcome the little nuances that continually keep you vying this way and that way, as if what you’re doing has some good, better, or best or a competition or some aspect of you maintaining or holding on to some qualm that keeps you outside of going up and down and maintaining a consciousness in the overall, is that when you get rid of that, or when that is no longer a bias, or an influence, or an attitude, that’s when you can start adding to the squares, or adding to the whole. That is when you’re able to create, or co-create, or to shift.

In other words, that is when you can come to know and be in touch with that which isn’t apparent, from just going up and down in terms of the consciousness of the whole. That is when more can be there. It can’t be there if you have any nuance, or mannerism, or attitude that is still something that you’re holding onto. In other words, you can’t even listen to something like that. You can’t even let the imagination, or a quality of your being, that can reach out in a whole way anew. You can’t even entertain something like that if you still have some tone, or mood, or mannerism that lingers and hangs upon you – because that mood, or tone, or mannerism is what keeps you from attaining the overallness, that is the wholeness, that is you.

And once you’ve attained that wholeness, and that overallness, that is you without this mannerism or nuance or something in your demeanor, when you’re free of that mannerism or nuance in your demeanor, and in touch with the overallness at the same time, that is when you can start adding or changing the chemistry of what is unfolding. That is when you can take the energy in a whole… that’s when you can work with the energy in terms of what facilitates an expansion. Otherwise, it’s a contraction.

I mean there is another way of looking at this from the way science is. In other words, science views the universe as having an expansive quality to it, and a contractive quality to it. When you study astrology, the planets sometimes have an expansive trait to them, and problems associated with that expansive trait as well, and some have a contractive quality to them, and also limitations associated with that contractive quality.

And it’s the quality of all of that coming together and working as a homeopathy or whole that brings you to a place where something more can now suddenly be possible. But, until then, you’re still caught within the fabric of the design of what is intended, and there is so much more that is able to be that hasn’t been determined or decided, and these are all the additional squares that you see in the whole that are suddenly now able to come into fruition.

This is only possible when the human being has reached the crown of creation. The crown meaning that place in which not only have they caught up with the whole, but they’ve caught up with the whole in such a way so that there isn’t any mannerism or nuance that troubles them, or gets in the way and, as a consequence of that, they’re able to shape and shift and adjust accordingly to the need of the whole from some deep, deep, deeper level inside of themselves that is now able to function – completely outside of all perception that one is inclined to know. It’s a beingness that is anew, something you would have never, ever anticipated.

This is an aspect, and this is what the new energy can do. And just like in the dream group a couple of weeks or whatever it was ago, when something was brought up about how something has shifted, people who could not let go of things about how it is that they had nailed down their perspective had to get up and leave, because that perspective had them in a headlock and, therefore, this something more that could add more places and squares to the whole, for them was not possible yet. Yes, they had access to the whole. Yes, they could see themselves or really in a way know that they were intertwined in some capacity to everything that existed, but they were still caught under the motif of a mannerism and, therefore, their relationship to the whole had to be according to that yet.
