When we say “yes” to something, everything changes. Yes, I’ll take care of it, yes, I can help, yes, I’ll marry you. The acceptance sends us a down a path that continues as long as the “yes” we offered still applies. Our relationship with the physical world is like that: whatever we allow in to capture our attention, sends us off on a different path. The idea of inner stillness is to be in the physical experience, but to not take the detour. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

John: In my meditation dream, I seem to be repeating what I did in another meditation dream, it’s like having to go and take another look at it, or something. And so, because I could sense that it’s like that, I’m going over it as if I can just go over it in my deep meditation, and not have to bring it out and come out with it because it’s just a repeat.

Nevertheless, somehow or another, I’ve noted before that that’s a poor attitude to take. I have to compel myself reluctantly to come out of this inner world, and hold on to this when I open my eyes, and write it up.

Because even though I know that there is nothing that’s that noteworthy, other than it’s going to be a story of plight, I say this because, in this dream, the commotion I feel upon the heart is correlated to an identification upon the breath. That is intensified when there is an identification from these outer reflective conditions that have me spellbound, or my nature is spellbound. Or, you might say, stem from my being spellbound.

And these spells curse the heart. They hover over the heart, they’re like a pain upon the heart, which I guess you could just say is an identification from the breath. Which, when it hits the heart, limits the wholeness of the heart, the stillness of the heart – so it’s like a sensation of stabbing.

I know this wouldn’t be so if I were in the all-abiding stillness, but instead, this is my purgatory; I have to contend with some flip-flopping around in the breath. Thus I am out of the stillness and into what is a type of futility, in other words, where things are reflective instead of brought back to a wholeness, or a completeness, or a oneness. And I’m struggling in this, that’s a reflection, as if it’s real.

Only in a letting go to the stillness do I actually go anywhere. In other words, I just yo-yo in this sort of thing because this is not a depth of realness, of wholeness, completeness, of absoluteness, it’s a bifurcation that haunts me.

So I do my best, in the dream, to accept the fate I know that goes along with a breath projection,

understanding that anything that is caught on the breath is lost in an ever-changing outer, or the purgatory of what appears to be like an outer, which is manufactured based upon projection.

So, in my heart, I am realizing that there is a deeper echo of stillness, which is pleading to not be diluted by a breath because it knows that if I allow the struggle that is in the reflective outer to be there on the breath, vying for the heart, that I will be compromised and end up more or less under a heaviness outside of the stillness, or an exhaustion, even.

So, under the scenario – again, because you go back and forth until you’re worn out – so under the scenario that I am in my heart is heavy from an identification. And so I am in a bifurcation that is upon the breath. I am especially saddened because I know that there is no answer for such a state with its endless hallucinogenic yo-yo reflections.

Because I know better I have no right to pray. Because I know better, I don’t just do that and then go begging for mercy. How can I do that? So I must hope others that are a part of me, do so, as they yearn for the stillness. In other words, because I’m supposed to know better. Their crying out for a letting go is my hope to not be permanently lost within a delusional outer projective neverending spell.

Environments are always seeking balance and equilibrium – energetically. If someone new enters a room, or a conversation, it takes a little while for the “space” to readjust. In this dream, which has a huge spider running around, the spider has set something in motion that the dreamer is trying to manage and get back into a state of equilibrium. The repercussions could extend to many places – not all obvious. Still, as a dream, it allows the dreamer to see the task at hand and the underlying decision that looms. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: I just remember the end of my last dream. And in that dream, it feels like I’m living somewhere where when I’ve come out of a building, which might even be a movie theater, when I come out a large spider goes in, and it’s, I think, a black-and-white spider.

I have a sword. And it’s almost like the rules are such that, at some point, if I want to go back in the building I’m going to have to fight this spider. But, meanwhile, you don’t know if the spider has multiplied, or it’s set up traps, or what it’s done. It’s a pretty big spider – it’s about half the size I am.

And, at one point, I even send in a scout. But, as far as I know, the spider could have hidden what it does, or how many other spiders are there now. And then even if you go in and maybe you get that spider, did you get all the spiders, you don’t know. But maybe part of what you have to do is go in and try anyway.

So I’m contemplating about how one does this: does one go in as a whole group? How does one ever get the spiders? Or do you let the spiders take over the building? That doesn’t seem like a solution, either.

John: So what you’re doing is you’re starting with the building which is a stillness. And then you’re leaving the stillness. And, when you leave the stillness, you immediately set in motion, in terms of identification, having left the stillness and having gotten caught into the greater spaciousness of having to figure your way out – in terms of both the timing and the spaciousness.

The thing that I was trying to figure out was, what does this spider represent, in terms of going into the building that you’ve vacated? It involves having to sort things out again. Once you’ve taken and contended, or gotten involved, or gotten yourself sucked into something, meaning you’ve left the stillness, then you have to somehow sort things out, like black-and-white or something.

It’s kind of like you can be going along, I mean, an example of this as an outer effect that does this to you, that portrays Kundalini energy, it has both an inner and outer quality to it; it’s in a state of disarray. It has kind of an outerness that is coming down with its timing sequence of something, it’s seeking to act out in the outer. And then the inner quality that is trying to take on a spaciousness, that can be considered a spider, too.

The way, though, to look at it is instead of saying it like that is to give one more precise example. So when you’re feeling good, let’s say you’re just feeling great, you know, you have no reason or qualms whatsoever, you can say that you’re kind of in a wholeness, or in a oneness. You can feel still, in that way. It’s not that you actually have to do anything.

Then, all of a sudden, you make a decision to do something, or are affected by something, that stirs you from this condition of stillness. And so when you’re stirred from this condition of stillness, you then have to step out; I mean, that’s where an energetic is set in motion. That’s timing, or a thought, or however you want to put it.

When you get in the timing you don’t know the timing because the timing is complete, in and of itself, when it’s in a stillness. But when you’ve moved away from it, then there’s like, oh, a kind of disorientation – there can be moods and everything else that you can’t shake, that’s in the spaciousness now.

And so that can be like that. As soon as you step out, then you’ve got this whole thing in a flux, in a disarray. And how in the dickens do you put the Humpty Dumpty back together again into a stillness?

How can energy protect us? Energies operate on different frequencies, and higher energies can reject lower, coarser energies. This is how our aura works: the edge of our aura, about three feet out from our body, burns off coarser energy in the same way that the Earth’s atmosphere burns up asteroids as they enter the planet. When we are susceptible to illness it is often because our aura is not strong energetically. And, of course, the energies in our aura are comprised of our intentions, and thoughts, and our state of mind. We can be more conscious of how we keep ourselves energetically clean and safe. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

John: So then this is a drill down, you might say, in terms of the meditation dream, in that, first of all, I have to acknowledge that from prior meditation dreams, behind everything that I can look at I can just sense that there is some stillness somewhere. But something is out of that stillness, some unfoldment is there, too, outside of the stillness, that has my attention.

And that stillness is, therefore, hidden, but it is sensed. And from those dreams, I notice that I am able to recognize the mannerism of hiding, and the underlying deception. You’re hiding yourself when you’re in a deception, when you’re perpetrating some sort of engagement.

So, in this dream, not only do I read the energetic nuance of something that’s in front of me, but I am engaging the revealed energetic. This is possible because I am able to react, spontaneously, to maintain the stillness that lies therein.

How is that possible? How is that done? I have senses, and this is kind of like the input of how a oneness works, in terms of the next step. Which, you might say, in terms of how is this done? I have senses in my beingness that are programmed to offset disturbances; the stillness is meant to offset the bifurcation; you can go back to it. But in order to go back to the stillness, you have to go back to the stillness, you can’t go back in some sort of negotiated, compromised way, where you still hold on to a piece of this, or a piece of that.

So the way this worked, in the dream, is that an imbalance and deviation got too close to the important stillness that is embodied in a human being. In other words, that means there was something that had my attention, so I could be manipulated by the attention.

So another way of saying it this way is that the senses respond in a split second, flipping an errant behavior. It doesn’t have something that is strung out. What I saw, to my surprise, is that without hesitation, and at split-second lightning speed, such a sense, that was just kind of me naturally, could take whatever there is, and shift it, can change it.

Normally, ordinarily, in the past, when you talked about trying to do this, that, or the other to noodle something around, you were doing this in some sort of other aspect of yourself for some verve or weaponization. Here, you’re doing it only with a pure stillness, in which, if you’re in a pure stillness, the pure stillness has its protection.

This is a big deal in that altering and affecting a misguided energetic, with a response that is at the speed of light, is to be able to shift and redesign what is unfolding energetically. And you’re doing it with what? You’re doing it with the stillness.

In prior dreams such conduct had a limitation built into the response. In other words, there was some projection or another, or some piece of involvement or another, that remained. In this dream, the sensors were already completely intertwined. In other words, they were activated and intertwined. The sensors being the wholeness, and the oneness, and the stillness, already intertwined and attuned.

Thus, they automatically had an all-pervading triggering response; there’s no room for error, in other words. It just doesn’t let any of this bifurcation come in. It holds a space that is way beyond like that. And it’s possible because there is no positioning that is in the way. When the stillness is not compromised, it has a natural sense of protection about it that repulses malarkey, or misalignments.

This sensor-like naturalness, from the oneness of stillness is like an innocence that is all-pervasive, and all-powerful, in that it can shift manifestation. An example from this stillness on the plane of manifestation, occurs if their orientation is upon, instead of outer distinctions, a soul-to-soul level, which is an intertwined connecting. And when it’s like that it’s automatic.

So that is a type of protection, we all have these inflections. That is what makes a oneness all-pervasive and all-inclusive, and there is no room then when that happens, and you can catch up with it, and adhere to it, for the physical mind senses to get all strung out projectively.

So you’re in a wholeness, then, that is energetically protected. Because that’s where your attention is at, not in some flippancy. To a lesser degree, when I check out from a projection that is designed to put me in a trance-like spell, by going to a deeper place within that is when you notice, basically, that there is nothing going on.

This is how you can actually feel it, too. If you can’t quite catch up with the soul-to-soul inflection, that is a sensor kind of quality, simultaneously, you can slowly note that really, basically, where can this go? What can really unfold – in the schematic of however and however? It’s really as if there’s nothing going on.

So you can imagine it to the degree that you could imagine it and still, in the end, there is nothing really going on. You can come back at it that way to denote that the stillness is still the stillness. And for the stillness to be that stillness, there cannot be any compromising or conditioning.
