Safeguarding the Breath

One element of raising our consciousness is to become more aware of shifts in our inner state, to notice why and when we move from a state of balance to a state of emotion or increased or decreased energy. These shifts signal a new process within, and it is useful to understand when they are triggered in us by someone or something in the outer, and when they are triggered by something within us. When we build this awareness it makes it easier for us to determine what our next move should be. John: So, in my meditation dream, I’m being hit by abrupt and confrontive energetics in the outer environment. In other words, I’m being hit by that as I’m inside there. Such dynamics cause the heart to cringe, they cause the breath to shorten up.

Such dynamics cause the mind to do a couple of different things, one is it can speed up and reverb – and it especially gets acted out that way in the outer, in which it will scope ahead as if it has to catch up with something, or has somehow forgotten something, or has momentarily lost control and been uprooted in its spaciality.

The mind becomes uprooted when confronted by that which it has no answer for, in terms naturally connecting and intertwining. In my dream, this dynamic happened twice. And you could say it actually happened a third time, because in the dream I came out and was aware, in the outer, that you were coughing and having trouble staying in a tranquility in your sleep. I was aware of that. It fit with what I was going through. It’s like who’s the dreamer, and who’s the dreamed, in that sense?

And so, back to the thing, what I am observing is a condition in the environment that occurs when there is friction based upon something that isn’t working with the soul, and the quality of what that is in terms of its descended appearance and mannerism in manifestation. In other words, in matter, to which I liken that, in not being so, to like a personality ego emotion, which is something that is an askewness like an entity energy that carries on in some horrible way.

So to look at this at this time is interesting. In the outer yesterday, this bounced off because we were all wary, generally speaking, and therefore abiding or holding the recrimination of the past in kind of an abeyance in order to come closer to a nostalgic, airiness way. However, the mannerism that is choking the heart cuts the thread; in other words, mannerisms that choke the heart. In other words, asinine jokes and just flip-flopping instead of holding a continuity. It keeps one from holding a quality of an inner thread, in the outer, because you’re getting hit with something that’s clumpety-clunk and not in the free-flow.

Well, that was still in the atmosphere, but not directly projecting itself in the out-of-control way as it had the night before. So the contracted miserable sensation of the first night was kind of recreated again, in my meditation, but this time it was done where I could have the contrast of an etheric balance able to notice the projection, instead of it putting one into the grave, so to speak. It’s a type of real dying to go through that kind of cringing.

So the reason for the dream is to be able to have a better handle of denoting when this happens. It happened even in the dream group we went to, except I handled it, but not completely. And that’s why I ended up having to tell the dream because I had to do everything I could to break this projection stigma.

That’s very interesting. That might be the key. A person can get out of that if the masculine does the forgiving. To denote the contraction when this happens as being the result of another person’s reactions and projections coming across vibrationally as a personality, ego emotional mishmash, because this is a misaligned, foreign entity that is contrary to the non-personal soul in the microcosm of a human body, that can’t comprehend, in terms of what’s going on, what it has to do with the Oneness. In other words, because, basically speaking, your soul listens in a different way. And so if everything is projected as personality and emotion, it’s very confusing, you can’t comprehend it, and it’s apt to cause you to go into a spin, a tailspin. But it’s interesting to see that it’s the masculine that has to forgive that.

When a person identifies the reactive sensation in the body, in other words to actually identify with that requires you to take a responsibility in terms of the breath. Because in the breath you can hold the cadence between the above and the below, rather than speed up to counterbalance the projection, or cringing in adjunct shock.

See, I have a tendency of speeding up, changing the story, changing the subject, interrupting. For some reason, I’m not doing that so willy-nilly. And so, if you don’t do that willy-nilly, you’re inclined to cringe in shock. And one should instead, stop, watch, and safeguard the breath. The projection has no effect, and carries no weight, unless we, in our bewilderment, trance out or shut down in a cringing capacity.
