What is hidden always seems more elusive to us. We are used to dealing with what is visible, yet when it comes to our inner landscapes, or the energetic world of the things around us, it seems daunting and enigmatic. But our human design is perfectly capable of reading these energetics and gathering intelligence from them – and, when we do, we can realize how fascinating even the most mundane thing actually can be. Instead we are entranced by the sparkle of visible things, and we can miss the subtlety and magnificence of the energy worlds. John: In the meditation dream I’m looking at something that comes into my attention. There’s an intangible value, within that, that I carry within. There’s a mystique that seeks something more. I perceive something, and yet I still perceive something even more, but I don’t know what it is that I perceive. And so that is sitting there as part of my attention.

So, in the dream, I am drawn to letting myself be closer to this area, even though I don’t know what it is. And I notice a probative energetic that is curious about this place that I carry within. In other words, things in the outer are like that because things in the outer are reflective, and something that doesn’t go along with that reflection, and they have those thoughts that are caught in a collective, it’s going to have a kind of ponderance.

The reason I carry the way that I am is I am longing to be known in this depth; in wanting to know this depth. My dilemma is I do not see where this goes in terms of anyone else. In other words, everything else is opposite all of this. And I am not able to catch up with that place within.

Actually, I am probably okay with that in terms of a perception in the eyes of others, because even though I can’t put my finger upon it, I am in a protective otherness. I am in a protective otherness because, deep down, I have a sense of the unfathomable sensation of oneness that I cheer for in terms of life. In other words, this is the essence from which things unfold.

So this is exemplified when I ask a woman, what do you see? She becomes a hidden bird in a cypress tree, so that all I can hear is her voice. And she says, you are drawn to your family. She goes through all kinds of things that I’m supposed to be drawn out towards, as what she denotes.

Now the psyche of all of this is, what it is that she is identifying as holding me back is an effect in regards to an overall letting-go attention is true, but only if I step into a more definable outer existence in which such parameters exist. I hear this list that goes on and on, and then let my heart free flow after it is touched by an effusiveness. In other words, which is beyond the list; this effusiveness is something more. In other words, anything that can be presented is something that doesn’t drag me in.

So what is going on is I notice that I set aside energetic identifications that touch and affect my psyche in an apparent way, and look for a non empathic, deeper meaning of stillness at the root. I hide there on this hidden place of stillness, which comes to be kind of a little bit untouchable, or aloofish. At least the projection is a closeness that’s aloofish.

And I’m untouchable with the projections. I’m not willing to settle for outer perceivabilities. Yet I can cheerlead the seeking in the outer. I am like this because I know that there is more to be accessed within that takes me to a deeper depth.

When I am able to identify that, I do so noting there is more to embody than where I’m at. What I am saying is that whatever I see with an energetic aliveness, I take in as being catalytic to an even deeper process. It is this deeper quality I seek. I keep setting aside that which hurts the heart. I know, deep down, the heart does not have to get hurt. The heart is bigger than all malingerings.

The image of taking a vacation can imply the same thing in a dream that it does in real life: it’s an opportunity to let go of all the things that are pulling us this way and that way. So, in this dream, the desire to let go amplifies the problem being faced, in that there is a stalker, or the potential for someone to be assaulted, so the dreamer must become a detective to sort this all out. Of course, this isn’t the movies, so sometimes the case isn’t solved in the end, which means there will likely be more dreams that address the specific issue from a different angle. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: In this dream I’m a woman detective, but I’m going to be going on leave shortly. And I’ve been investigating the case of a woman who was either assaulted, or afraid she’s going to be assaulted.

And it’s kind of sensitive because it’s possible that there’s either a police officer, or someone associated with a police officer, involved in the stalking, or the assault; we don’t know for sure yet.

John: Which basically means a quality in your nature, you’re like a detective, and you’re getting ready to leave the equation of things. But, before you can leave, you’re noticing that you’re having to contend with an energetic in which there is an imbalance that, in the dream, is like a stalker or an assault kind of energy, but, in reality, in the overall, it’s a vibration that you’re not able to drop, that you haven’t dropped.

And so whenever you try to leave, to go on vacation or whatever, you want to put aside all the things that are in the way, and what you’re finding in terms of what you have to set aside is you carry a synaptic energy, pent up; things can be pent up both positively and negatively. Pent up is a type of imagination about something that one would like to do that’s wonderful, or the opposite of that is equally possible, and confusing, from a reflective standpoint. And there can be something pent up that has to do with the vibration of being stalked or assaulted.

This is just another wrinkle in this kind of way of being, that you’re still trying to set aside, or let go of, so that you can go on vacation, or so that you can go somewhere. In other words, this is something you still hold; it’s still a synaptic energy in your nature.

Jeane: So, because we don’t know who the person is that stalked her, or assaulted her, or wants to, and because it even maybe someone associated with a policeman, or a policeman, I have to be careful with what I do with the evidence on the case that I’ve been gathering.

So there is one policeman, or detective, and he actually has a roommate or somebody that shares an office with him or something, that is one of the people that’s on my list, that I’m suspicious of. I’m not even not suspicious of him, the detective, actually. And then there is a policeman that may be used to date this woman that I really am suspicious of.

I have some direct evidence that’s not enough evidence yet to really identify the person. Now that I just will be keeping concealed. My concern is I want her to be safe while I’m gone, or I want the information that could lead to capturing someone, if they do approach her while I’m gone, available to somebody else.

And I want the information given to someone so that she’ll be kind of watched over, protected, and they’ll be keeping their eye out for what the problem might be while I’m gone. And I’m giving a copy of that to this one detective that, even though I’m kind of suspicious of his roommate, I can tell him who else I’m suspicious of, and he’ll keep an eye out while I’m gone.

John: So what you’re dealing with there, is you’re dealing with kind of a yo-yoing that you’re doing in the unfoldment process, in which you’ve gotten to a particular point in which you’re able to reveal, or release, information – up to a point. But the other part still is sitting in a state of distrust, or still hasn’t sorted something out, or come to a succinct conclusion.

And so you’re going to be holding on to that when you go on vacation. So you’re going to set it in motion. You’re going to be passing it forward. In other words, it’s something yet to unfold.

The thing that’s not being recognized here is that there is something that continues to keep continuing and never, never stops. You’re never really truly able to go on vacation because you’re shifting the responsibilities, and you’re shifting the information. You’re packaging it different this way, and different that way. And so you’re having to take note of what that really does feel like, but it’s not making a big shift.

Jeane: Once I’ve got all the material together I have to walk to the office of this policeman I’m leaving the material with, and that involves my leaving the building. Then I have to walk down this corridor that’s actually outside; it’s suddenly like there’s woods there. And there’s a big wolf that’s been running wild.

So he comes near me first to see if he can scare me off. But I pause for a minute, but then I keep on walking. And while I’m doing that, this big bird – I thought it was like a bluejay but it lost a feather off to my right. When it falls down that feather is about as big as an eagle’s feather, but it’s all blue. Part of me wants to go and investigate the feather, but the wolf has run over there, and it’s a pretty big wolf. So I have to just, you know, let that go, and go on down.

And it feels like that lets me in the back area where either the detective lives, or works, that I’m going to leave the material with. So I outline what I want him to do to keep an eye on things. And

then I leave. Then I wake up.

John: You kept playing with the same mind that has the problem. You never did let go of the problem, just kept moving around from left hand to right hand. And so when you wake up, you’re lying to yourself in terms of any relief that you might feel that you have, because if you look real carefully you’ll realize that there really isn’t any relief, it’s just been postponed, or suspended. You’re still carrying all of that.

And so the theme of the dreaming is, and the big question that has come up, is there anything that can be done, or anywhere to go, in a world, and in a schematic, in which nothing can be shifted?

What you’re doing is that you’re going through these antics where you’re not really shifting anything, you’re just moving things around. Even rationally speaking you have to know that that doesn’t solve anything; that just passes the buck, postpones it. It doesn’t work that way. That isn’t what one is trying to do; that isn’t what’s important.

Your dream seems to be indicating that eventually what you’re doing there is going to become frustrating. Eventually what you’re doing is going to become something that will be unbearable. Eventually what you’re doing there is going to become something that, no matter what you do, and how you do it, you’re still not letting go.

9afaOur dreams are wonderful with metaphors. Here a crow – smart, mischievous, but also frivolous – threatens a rooster – stable, with a responsibility to his hens. And in this exchange we can see exactly the threat of the external world, the bread and circuses, that constantly seek to entertain us and pull us away from our true responsibility, which is to fulfill our purpose and design – on behalf of that which created us. It is a struggle that has always been waged; unfortunately, the crow is almost always victorious. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

John: So then, in the last dream, I experience an overall vibratoriness that is being pulled into manifestation. I feel this vibratoriness being drawn from me into a more dense outer need. This image then shifts, and I am seeing this in nature.

To begin with I see a more dexterous crow able to move about in an unrestricted way, in terms of hopping about this way and that way, that looks kind of free in terms of its taking of things in the outer.

The crow flies into an area where there are chickens. The hens accommodate or don’t oppose or do anything to affect the way the crow just goes and takes what the crow takes, but the rooster carries an energetic overall vibratoriness as a responsibility, in terms of the well-being of the hens, and that conflicts with the crow just hopping about taking what it wants to take.

And so you and I are standing behind a window, and we’re watching this crow who has pounced, or extended a wing, because he’s got more dexterity; he can fly. He’s come down and he’s thrown a wing over the top of the back of rooster, and is in a position to strike the rooster in the back of the neck. He hasn’t done it yet, and at the moment there is still a type of stillness. And I’m kind of frozen there: do I go and I rescue the rooster, or what? So instead, I’m like sitting in a trance: is he going to hurt the rooster? So far that hasn’t yet happened, but, if it does, the rooster will bleed.

So what is going on is this is an image in which a dense reflectiveness drains the aliveness of life. In other words, when you just identify with that, or when you just hold that, like the crow is the denseness in life that goes about just grabbing this and taking that.

And the rooster is the development of something in which it’s trying to hold a vibratoriness in a particular way, but maybe he doesn’t quite have the dexterity of the multiplicity of things. The crow has more mobility. A rooster can’t fly, and so the crow is able to get an advantage on the rooster.

And this is what happens when the outer, which is the crow and all of its bouncing around ways of taking things, is given a precedence over the inner vibratory essence. A draining process occurs when this happens, and this hurts the Will of God, which is now equated to being: it hurts the heart. Because you could see something very despairing in this poor rooster who has to do something and he can’t, and he’s helpless. He can’t stand up to the crow, and the crow’s up to no good all the time.

So, to begin with, it seems harmless, but the loss of spirit is a leeching and taking, and what that does, of course, is that takes you and separates you away from the inner essence of what is important – and rapes the spiritual world of its underlying essence. It’s a vibratory essence and the rooster embodied that as best he could, and now it’s for naught.

In that image, if the crow were to strike, the crow could kill the rooster, and the rooster has his head kind of down a bit. There’s not much he can really do. And that’s not how it’s supposed to work. It’s not supposed to work in terms of the outer taking advantage of the inner, of the vibratoriness.

The vibratoriness accommodates the denser, just like the rooster can accommodate what is needed for the hen. The hens can be kind of denser. The rooster has to maintain the vibratory energy of the protective space and whatnot, and the hens can just kind of be in life in a denser way even, if you wanted to call it a denser way, but the combination of that pulls something together.

But the seed thought of this thing is that the shadow… you don’t let the shadow run around behind you, and then you lunge out because then the shadow kind of drains you from behind by the fact that you’re ignoring it. You instead follow the shadow, and that’s how you become more conscious in terms of taking on what you need to assimilate.

See, the outer to inner approach is the wrong direction. In such an approach the Will of the inner is not honoring the Will of God. In such an approach, what is going on in the outer, or what is going on in the environment, is something that has its own freedom of choice or something. In other words, it’s not honoring the Will of something that’s the true essence that vibrates through everything, which is the Will of God.

The Will of Man thinks he can get away with this or that as a kind of freedom of choice prerogative. It is when the Will of God awakens from within that the orientation changes. When the Will of God is capable of coming into the Will of Man a natural communion occurs.

Similarly speaking, the shadow does not follow our perception of the higher self. The awakening occurs oppositely. The awakening occurs when the higher self follows the shadow to complete itself. The image of the crow submitting the rooster is a seed thought image. This is an unnatural effect portraying a wrong result or approach.

The spirit energy of the rooster who is adhering to an energetic vibratoriness in life that flows through him, as best as he’s able to catch up with it, is getting plundered, or there is a plundering of the heart energy, or inner aliveness, causing him to have to submit.

In other words, the crow is plundering the heart of the world, so to speak, by its activities of taking, which is errant behavior, which a crow is at home with in the outer world, and therefore predominates his mannerism that way. And such mannerism, when it predominates that way, results in a further veiling of genuine vibratory aliveness.
