images-12If we consider our lower self as the physical being and animal nature of our experience, animal nature to mean the aspects of us that want to eat, sleep, procreate, and survive, then we can consider our higher self as the aspects that want our life to have meaning. And these two sides of us are always trying to merge into a singular life, a holistic process. And in that process there is the bleed-through from our outer experience that affects us on an inner level, and the inner, higher processes, that filter through and inform our outer life. As we become more consciously aware, these processes can all be working toward the same destination. Jeane: So the main thing I remember about my dream last night is it felt like I was dealing more with symbols, like there was kind of an arcing symbol, like a line, that went in an arc above, and then another line that came down. Then there was a break in that line, and it felt like some kind of energy that represented me, or a person, was right where that break was.

And we were trying to negotiate something with somebody a bit distant, and I couldn’t get it resolved. That’s all I remember.

John: What you’re dreaming I dreamt, in terms of the higher octave, as being a little like how the senses work except I had it reduced to four senses, and each of them had a quality in them that made them complete.

And that, to begin with, I suspect you could say that they were like, instead of seeing symbols and whatnot, and instead of there being kind of an in-betweenness, that there was a knowingness and that the knowingness included the four senses all in one fell swoop. And then there was the higher octave of the four senses, in that they had to be lived in the outer, but you lived them in terms of their experientiality, as an inflective behind the reflective.

In other words almost like behind the curtain, or background, of which the only one I was able to denote in the outer, and bring forth in the outer, was a quality of a seeingness as a glimpse, although I knew that the other three senses, hearing, taste, and smell, were there, but I hadn’t caught up with how their divine essence in a higher octave way was experienceable, or livable, in the outer. In other words, I’m still caught in the literalness of the density of the outer.

And, in your particular case, it was like you have the knowingness, in kind of an unconscious or subconscious way, and you have the senses that are in the outer that cause one to perceive in a dense literal way, and the chemistry that you’re still working with is kind of not necessarily the outerness, and not necessarily the innerness. You’re kind of doing a blend, which means that you have a quality of a mental inflective reflective, because the quality of a true higher self is just an automatic knowingness, it just is in the light. And the quality of something in the outer is just a density with the senses adhered to that density.

In your dream you take the homogeneousness of all of that and you have energy lines, and you have all of this other that you’re able to kind of parlay with, which means that what is in the inner, as a nothingness, still has a quality of a somethingness that you’re trying to work with, and it has that quality of a kind of somethingness with energy lines or whatever, based upon the bleed through contamination or, you might say, of how it is to be in the physical body in an outerness, relating to the outerness, but having the knowingness in the background of yourself. That’s how I see your dream.

Well it’s interesting that’s how the effect of what took place yesterday got sorted out by a quality of your nature letting go. In other words, what you did was, in terms of kind of going through the motions of a what’s going on kind of quality, or note, you found yourself screening out the energy aspect lines.

I seem to have a slightly different experience of the same thing, based upon the fact that when something went haywire, in the outer, it jarred me in the inner. And I was writing it up of being jarred in the outer, and was looking at what I was about to perceive as an exception to the idea that the inner comes into the outer in that there could be an outer effect that could get the attention of something that would have to come back from the inner.

I was messing with that when you came in and announced that we had a water leak. I don’t know if I would’ve quite caught up with it, but I guess what I was doing was very much similar to how I can go to a place inside, into a stillness inside, I incorporate it as an aspect of my dreaming. In other words, I take everything that’s going on that is on some remote channel of an outerness, that is made real, real still, and to the degree to which it has a vibrational aliveness trying to come through, I utilize that in terms of how it is playing itself out in the pre-knowingness.

I guess you could say it’s a little bit like taking one’s thoughts and drowning them somewhere, only this time if the thoughts are correlated to vibrations and motions, the vibrations and motions then are still, and in the stilling comes a deeper inflectiveness, or a deeper knowingness, and then from that you come to realize kind of the senses, and how they work as a knowingness on the inner, and how the innerness as a stillness, with the four senses, can be then carried into the outer for livability purposes.

And if one can bring it through in such a way so that it has an effect and an impact in the outer, it doesn’t remain just outer senses; like with the aspect of sight, it can become something that is glimpsed. And that if the sight can be glimpsed, then the other senses have an octave to them, too, although I didn’t notice them in my sleep dream. So anyway, this is kind of a general overview.

energesThe way we use language can be very revealing. For example, we might say something like: we had an effect on someone, or something. And that describes two separate elements having some kind of interaction. A spiritual journey is designed to lessen that separation, so that we are entwined with the energies around us – able to read them and respond to them – and those energies respond to what we generate as well. Of course, nothing is really completely separate, but our path can help us to really feel and understand that in a conscious way. Jeane: All I remember of the very first dream was I was coughing last night, and whenever I was particularly having a time when I was coughing hard, it actually had to do with something going on in the dream.

It was like, you know, energetically what it looked like is there was a horizontal ladder with rungs in it, and when I was coughing it was like going up and down on that ladder. And it was creating some kind of an energy exchange that could occur when that was going on.

And it felt like, other than that, that there was a battle going on – but that’s all I remembered of the first dream.

John: The theme of the dreaming last night had to do with being able to recognize the energy lines. Now, what you were doing is you were just seeing that, when you were coughing, that this had an effect upon, that this did something to, the energy lines, which means a couple of things.

Number one, the coughing generates an energy line. And number two, that there are set energy lines already in the design of things. And so the coughing initially is taken into account by the energy lines, which means that the energy lines are kind of like a condition, or a Rock of Ages, in terms of how things are in an overall way. And that the coughing follows the energy line, but is kind of subordinated to it.

That’s how it is initially. Eventually you can get to where you can create a disruption to the energy line, such that the coughing causes something to get altered in some sense. And if that were to happen, then what you would have is you’d have the set energy line having to accommodate the coughing energy line such that it would have to subtract that coughing from something that is set, fairly set.

You’re not going to change much in terms of things because the Rock of Ages of things is so humongous that the little bitty effect of your coughing upon all of that is going to be inconsequential. But if you had the eye to see, you would be able to see how you, intertwined with the energy lines of all there is, can subtract yourself out from the Rock of Ages.

And then you can get to a third step, in which the coughing can actually alter the design of the Rock of Age energy line. So I had to dream all three, and what you’re dreaming, though, is this initial little dream just denotes how there is a noticeability to how it is that you function, how that is accommodated, how that is in place in some way, in relationship to a setness of a design which is the energy line.

1There are many ways to travel in a dream, and often the troubles that are encountered in the journey are portraying the state of the dreamer. In this dream, the form of travel has gone beyond any type of vehicle and just become an energetic shape – telling us that there is a rare ease of movement and ability to cover great distances. Said another way, that describes being in a flow. Yet there is still a repetition going on with the dream imagery, so aspects are still being worked out to allow further progression. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: Well I had two dreams last night and I felt like the dreams kept repeating. The first dream, which I wish I remembered more of, it’s like I’ve gone to the Middle East. And when I say I’ve gone there, it’s almost like I go there in a shape that’s like broad at one end and narrows, and then widens out again, and has sharp edges – but that seems to be how I travel in some kind of shape like that. Or form, you know, it’s the form of the travel.

It’s a shape almost like if you were to draw it it’s angular and it’s broad at this end, and then, you know, it narrows down, and then it widens out again and then cuts off sharply. It’s just the way that one got from here to there; that’s all I could say.

I was going to the Middle East and I know I was trying to work with something there, but I can’t remember any details in that dream. I just know I dreamt it several times, and I would remember the form of traveling there. I mean like the geometric form, more than I remembered what was going on there.

John: So your traveling wasn’t by way of anything in particular, it was like visualized energy lines, or something. And yet you kept looking at it and looking at it, and doing the same kind of traveling over and over again.

Well, the theme of the dreaming was this idea, that when you quit indulging you kind of fall into a natural flow. And it’s almost as if everything in that natural flow knows what it knows about you, even though you don’t know anything about yourself.

And yet, because you’re in the natural flow, you’re naturally swept along and it’s taken for granted that you’ve realized something even though you can look at yourself and say you haven’t realized anything, but the natural flow puts you a bit on a kind of pedestal – as if you have gotten further along than you realize that you have.

And in your particular case, rather than it having to contend with anything in particular, you’re finding that you have a means of contending with something in terms of a greater overall. And your surprise is that you can take on this context, and so to do that, of course, you have to have a grasp of a greater space because you can’t be taking and looking at things just in terms of how they appear, and are, in a physical sense-oriented world.

So being here you suddenly see that you have the ability already to do a certain degree of traveling amongst the stars of things, the objects of things, the mountains and all of that that are here. You have the ability to travel freely back and forth amidst all of that. And that’s what you’re looking at now is, how you’re able to spread yourself out into this overallness mannerism. And you keep looking at yourself doing this sort of thing over and over and over again, yet where it’s going and what it’s about is, at this point, not coming into focus because you’re kind of amazed by how it is that you just naturally take and contend with this greater overallness of things.
