e82d58When we have a house in a dream, we can view ourselves as that house, a place with many rooms, and different levels, some under construction, some under repair, some neat and tidy, some worn and frayed. We are all of these things, and more. So, what goes on in these rooms?, and who is in them?, and what does it require to get there?, and what floor is it on?, are all questions that can be asked about our inner state after a dream such as this. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: In the next dream, I seem to be in a house. It must be with my fiance, or someone, because it feels like maybe it’s even his house. And I’m exploring some of the rooms in the house because the house has different levels, and his parents live on one floor, and there’s some floors that are maybe even rented out, and there’s other floors that we’re staying in. Plus,  there’s some room where my parents will visit. And there seems to be a ground level where, when my mother comes, that’s where we go.

But, at one point, I want to take her, or take my parents, and take them up through a kind of narrow hallway, and a doorway, and some rooms had been remodeled, that are even kind of ugly or need remodeling, yet, but haven’t been, and take them to where I can introduce them to my fiance’s parents and show them the rooms the parents stay – which are a little nicer rooms, more finished.

Because my mother’s come my family’s come, taking, I think, my mother, or my mother and my father, up to meet his parents. And when we do that, I have to take them through the rooms that we’ve kind of torn apart and haven’t really fixed up yet, to an upper level and around a corner to where his parents live.

And then there’s another part of the house where you feel like it might even be rented out, or belong to somebody else, that I haven’t explored yet. But I do take them to the nicer rooms, that have been fixed up for a while, where the parents live and where they will stay when they come for the night. That was the dream I had after you came to bed.

John: So, the ones that you’re taking a round are the parents. What do you think the parents represent, in this case? What do you think the fiance represents?

Jeane: Well, to me, sometimes the parents represent an energy that’s already settled.

John: Right.

Jeane: The fiance represents, it’s kind of a new energy, and we’re remodeling still, and we’re digging in at lower levels.

John: Right. I would say it in more of a masculine way by saying that the fiance kind of represents God. And the parents represent qualities of change agents, of a depth within that, that have yet to become settled, that is astir.

And so this is a dream that is seeking to add to, correct, or modify, adjust, what you dreamt before. And so what you dreamt before is there’s a greater stillness, requiring a greater letting go. And then there is the requirement of having to take into account, you know, you can’t come down in your usual singular way. You have to go around and come down on this other trail that was incorporating, and intertwining, was something more, that is absolving and resolving, and coming into a wholeness.

Whenever you take and you subject and introduce yourself to something that is unique and different, it’s like embracing something new and you now have to adjust to that. And so this dream is indicating that the confusion and the chaos you experience is not really grief, it’s having to adjust to the fact that it has to be done in a different and new way.

You have to let go to that as the process; it isn’t something well settled. That’s what you’re at. In other words, you’re correcting, you’re explaining why it is that something has changed. What you’re doing is you’re explaining that because something has changed, it is having its effect upon the overallness of your being. And it’s going to take a while for you to figure out how to incorporate that – as a settled out, greater beingness, which would be a stillness.

But, initially, it’s not a stillness. Initially, it’s like this and that, and that, and that, and that, and that all over the place. And that’s why a person tends to hold to a singular note, is because they think they’re closer to a stillness that way, but, in this particular case, so much going on, things are speeding up. In order to incorporate it all one has to reach out and take it all in, and, initially that can be discombobulating. But that’s the shorter way.

i00sEverything we see and know works within a system: galaxies, planets, flora, and fauna. Nothing can survive, or thrive, or evolve, without the interactions, and integrations, with other aspects within the system. For the human, that system is not limited to the ecology and environment of the planet, but is, potentially, the entire system of the universe. But we can’t integrate ourselves within that universal system all by ourselves, we need to become integrated through an energetic alignment to the purposes of the whole. Jeane: Well, to me, sometimes the parents represent an energy that’s already settled, you know…

John: Right.

Jeane: The fiancé represents kind of a new energy and we’re remodeling still.

John: Right, right. I would say it in more of a masculine way, by saying that the fiancé kind of represents God, and the parents represent qualities of change agents, of a depth within that, that have yet to become settled, that is astir.

And so this is a dream that is seeking to add to, correct, or modify, adjust what you dreamt before. And so, what you dreamt before is there’s a greater stillness, there’s a greater stillness requiring a greater letting go, and then there is the requirement of having to take into account… you know, you can’t come down in your usual, singular way. You have to let go to that as the process.

It isn’t something well settled, and so that’s what you’re adding. In other words, you’re explaining why it is that something has changed. What you’re doing is you’re explaining that, because something has changed, it is having its effect upon the overallness of your being. And it’s going to take awhile for you to figure out how to incorporate that as a settled out, greater beingness, which would be a stillness, but initially it’s not a stillness. Initially it’s like this and that, and that and that and that, all over the place. And that’s why a person tends to hold to a singular note is because they think the closer to a stillness that way, but, in this particular case, so much is going on, things are speeding up, one has in order to incorporate it all one has to reach out and take it all in, and initially, that can be discombobulating. But that’s the shorter way.

Jeane: So the last little image I had was I seem to be reaching into this really narrow, small room. I think I want to remove a kitten or something from the room, and I have a little piece of cardboard in my hand because there’s a bee in the room, and I keep trying to move the bee out of the room, or out of the way, so that I can grasp the kitten and remove the kitten from the room.

But the room is so tight that I really can’t do it without getting stung by the bee, which makes me feel sad because then I know the bee will die. I’ve been trying to keep moving the bee out of the way so it didn’t sting the kitten, or me, and it could live, but it doesn’t seem to work that way.

John: You have your way of dealing with the cute little kitten, and then the area of the bee, and how are you going to do this without creating some sort of grief? Because you can’t get in there, and to save the kitten the quarters are such that the bee’s going to sting. And then the bee’s going to die. How are you going to do this? When you see it in there, how do you get it out? What’s the trick?

This all has to do with an aspect of kind of a quality of a depth of letting go. Which came first, the chicken, or the egg? All these have to do with the letting go. And then you have the stillness, and you know.

This is the schematic, you might say, in terms of what was awkward last night. It’s the schematic, but the inflection that I got was the schematic is going to be awkward because, as pointed out in your dreams, you can’t unfold that way in a singular way. You have to go around, you have to tie in with others, and then the coming down then is the faster way.

So you’re tying in with others that are going through the obstacles, because the mountain is the obstacle to come down, in order to contend with the way things have been moved around. The deck chairs have been moved around in the ship to contend with that.

Now the ship could still be the Titanic or something, but this is how you do it. Chances are it won’t be. It will be if it’s one of grief because you’ll keep tearing it down, because you will not properly let go, but it can be one of joy, and peace, too, and stillness. It can go one of both ways, of either way.

And it can seem like it’s all askew because to have to contend with these other notes in life, to integrate all of that, is going to create a bit of a peculiarity. That’s so interesting about your dream with the fiancé. The fiancé is like God, and then the attributes of God are like the parents, or the components. In other words, to properly pull all of that together, you have to take all of that into account. They all have to meet and come together and, until they do, things are in a bit of a disarray.

It’s as if all of it has been laid out, but then there’s this bifurcation that’s suddenly there. Is it purposeful, or is it caught in a whiplash, a back step or something? Because one has learned and understood all that’s necessary to understand. In other words, you know that it’s inner into outer, and you know that God is a still essence, and that you know that creation is a hidden treasure that longs to be known, in order to cause something to be seen. You know that there’s the integration of the stillness.

fractal-universeIt’s very difficult to make our spiritual journey if we don’t understand the mechanics of things, how they work. But we’re not able to take that in all at once. As we see in this image, it begins with driving in the dark. Then a new element is added, a fiance, which allows a climb to higher elevations and the sparking of fires. And where the fires have been, the design is revealed. This is the unfolding process, as different parts of our inner lives connect and open up. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: In the beginning of my dream I’m traveling, in what’s almost like a small truck more than a car, with some other people. When I suddenly notice that, even though they’re not paying attention, it’s gotten much darker out than it should be because I suddenly reach over and turn on the lights just in time to avoid hitting another vehicle in the road – because it’s both like dusk and fog has come in. And no one was really paying attention to how dark it was, that you couldn’t actually see where you were going.

But once I turned on the lights, even though it’s still hard to see, I can see the shapes of things enough to not run into them. And then we get to a first area that we’re traveling to and we’re all milling around in a building. And somebody introduces me to a man that they say will be my fiance, even though I don’t remember meeting him before. So it feels like we visit awhile.

And then we’re moving on somewhere else. And this next town we go to is on a higher level, and it’s in a valley with mountains around it. And a whole group of us are in this rather large building; different people visiting in different areas. It’s probably a couple hundred people in there.

And I see some people that I knew from New York before that were seminar leaders. One of them, who’s quite focused, doesn’t really talk to me – even though I bump into him and then he nods to me. But there’s a tall red-haired woman who remembers me and comes over and, at one point, she’s asking me my age, but she never likes to tell anybody her age. So I just tell her what year I was born in.

But I realize she still never reveals her age, and she’s always a little critical of how one looks, or this or that, but she’s still kind of fun to see. It’s like after I bump into her I’ve moved to another place in the room, and I’m talking to a woman, and that’s when I remember that now it feels like my fiance and I have broken up. And I try to remember his name and realize I can’t remember his name.

However, just even thinking about that seems to have woken me up in some way that I realize that there’s a fire going on in the mountains. So it’s like I kind of either go up there, or project my consciousness up there, and I see one area where it’s burned in a pattern down the mountain. I see my niece’s husband is up there as one of the firefighters working on the fires, and I seem to be studying the pattern of the burn, how things broke off, or how they burned, or which areas are going to burn, because I don’t see flame as much as I see the pattern of what’s left after they’ve burnt.

And there’s something that I’m aware of, that’s even related to my fiance, with how the burn pattern will be, or how something is given in the burn pattern that I’m trying to figure out.

John: Well, the theme of the dreaming had to do with 1) having to be introduced to, or shown, or revealed something, because it’s a need-to-know basis, in other words. One’s kind of hit a point where another step is required in the unfoldment process, so when that step is unfolded you’re getting closer and closer to a dynamic that has a history that goes way, way, way back. In other words, it’s a variable.

You’re still not sorting out the timing. You’re still not dealing with the timing, in terms of what you’re shifted into, because your shift is happening on a spatial level. I guess the timing just catches up on its own, and your attention is upon the spatial level because, to begin with in the dream, it starts off where you have reached a particular point where you now need to have a greater understanding of what’s going on. In other words, you’ve gotten to the point where,  having digested what you’ve opened up to, it’s back to kind of a state of a blur, or a bewilderment, that is going on.

So to break you out of that you’re introduced to another piece of yourself, which is what you call your fiance. All that is is kind of like a spark that then sets in motion your relating, in a larger sense of the word again, in the mountains. So you’re opening up to something more, but it seems like that something more that you open up to you have a way of sharing and relating, even though you’re not given the insight in terms of timing: age.

And something is to change. There’s something about the spark of things that is to change. You’re not provided this spark yet as to what it is. Instead you seem to have to look at it in kind of an amnesic way, and what you see is this burned area. It’s shaped. It has a shape and it has a design to it.

So, part of the theme of the dreaming is catching up with the shape and design – as if this is all part of a great master unfoldment, and that part of your process of awakening is to get to a point where you see the pristine unfoldment, or recognize that unfoldment. And what I can’t tell is if you then become that unfoldment. In other words, you see this thing still through other mountain tops, that can burn and whatnot, which means that if you can see it you can be it, which means that you then are that that is designed: the unfolding.

It’s a very complicated imagery because this isn’t following any pattern that we’re used to looking at in terms of a dream unfoldment. It is instead kind of suggesting that you’ve come to a point where a change, or a shift, in terms of a next step, is at hand. And that what you have gotten to is you’re going at great speeds and everything, but now you need to have a greater orientation of something opened up again. Because you can’t go at these greater speeds that you’ve caught up with without an orientation of something more brought into the equation, which starts with another seed which is the fiance, and then progresses into what you’re now able to contend with. And it is a continual spiraling upwards, going into being able to relate in more of a higher-self way.

With the missing component being that you do not have the precision of timing at your disposal, but you are able to see the unfolding design. And it seems that because you’re able to see the unfolding design that you’re able to know how that design can affect all the other peaks and such that are in the overallness that you’re now in, this new overallness, which suggests that if you have a sense of that, then that sense is you, too.
