Jeane: I had a long dream that was very detailed and had dialogue, but this is all I was able to pull out.

I’m in our space in Las Vegas (at least that’s my impression), except it seems larger. It has large windows with the light coming in. I’m pulling energy down and through that space and it’s going out into an adjoining space.

As I pull the energy through, it seems like it’s mostly in the colors of black and gold. I’m shaping it into little crescent-shaped boats. Then, one or two people can get into the boats and sail them on a narrow little river that seems to run through the (outer) space.

I seem to be talking with people about how they can shape their own boats. However, I realize that what we’re doing with the energy (as I return to the inner space of the apartment) is somewhat more than what’s being done with the boats. But I’m trying to facilitate that, too.

Simultaneously I have the impression that I’m pulling something down and curving it into a shape, while another part of me is also going perpendicular to it, and going out into a greater space, where I can’t really grasp yet what I’m drawn there to do.

John: It’s a similar conundrum to my dream (see A Catch-22), in that you have a sense of something that you’re trying to facilitate that involves this space, but what’s different about it is that you also have the sense that you’re supporting it in some fashion.

What’s important to realize is that support also comes from aspects that are in the space already – that are natural to that space. Because whatever it is that you are attempting to do, you somehow believe that it works or makes sense in relationship to the space that you’re in.

In other words, you’re trying to bring something through and that something is part of a latent intent already within that space. So in a roundabout way, you’re not in opposition to the atmosphere you find yourself in, you’re in harmony with it.

The idea is to figure out how we’re supposed to be in a (any) space, and how our presence can enhance the space and make more possible in terms of its evolution. That is part of the work of human beings.

In other words, we’re not meant to go into a space and change it to something different than it is. That’s just as true energetically as it is physically. If we look at this planet, we can see than man has imposed himself on the earth, rather than living in harmony with it.

Yet every space, or the space of every moment, is filled with energetic potential, and humans are designed to bring that potential through – to help it become realized.

It’s in that way that humans can become realized themselves. Anything else can be seen as a violation of the space. Of course it doesn’t mean we can’t change anything, it just requires sensitivity to what is already at play within a given space (physical or energetic), and then working with that.

So, this dream shows that you’re taking the space that’s presented to you, which has a certain quality to it already, and you’re working with that space in a way that supports what that space would like itself to be. Perhaps it’s lacking something or it needs more support or help in order for it to become something more. Because you are connected to it, you can become the agent for its evolution.

So you become a facilitator, and you’re doing it energetically and vibrationally. You’re not doing anything that contradicts the atmosphere that already exists. That’s only possible when you don’t add what is personal from you into the energy of the space. You are a conduit, only responding to the energetic needs of the space – without personal biases, patterns, judgments, or expectations.

This describes a state of openness and acceptance for the “way things are.” From that point forward you can become an agent of enhancement, helping the space itself to become more potent.

Jeane: In this first dream, you and I are trying to get access to a large circular area. This circular area looks just like the windows of the great room in the condo we looked at in Las Vegas – with the sweeping view – except my sense is that this is a much larger space. I seem to be urging you to see if we can figure out a way to gain access into this area again.

Finally we have an insight into to how to do it: We have to get through an alarm system, with lights, which may even cause an electric shock.

Before the imagery of the dream shifts, we gain access to the whole space, though we may have gotten a bit of a shock in doing so.

Then the dream shifts, and I’m with my sister in a room where she and I live.

John: What you’re doing is you’re taking the visual of something that’s light – the panoramic window view from the condo – and you’re using that as a representation of peacefulness, that either you can hold, or that the space itself maintains.

When we go down on the Strip in Las Vegas, you may not notice it, but I can recognize that the two of us – our combination as a unit – are able to hold a space that enables something to be sustained, or maintained, or protected, or even to evolve.

In this imagery, you’re working with light and you’re working with sound, because you have this whole sense where you’re trying to break through to something. It’s a lot like a plane going through the sound barrier – after a lot of noise it pops through into silence.

Such an energetic shift affects things. You’re evaluating this energetic in terms of what it is that we’re doing, looking into an image of light (Las Vegas) that we’re touching, in some capacity, with our energetic, just by the way we carry or hold ourselves. And that’s affecting this overall image, this overall view.

The interesting thing about Las Vegas is that there’s something that has to be sustained and maintained, and you’re suggesting that there’s something about our presence here that helps to do that. It’s almost a challenge to our own beings to open up, and to ground, and to break through.

In other words, Las Vegas is not necessarily “Sin City.” Las Vegas is a state that can confuse a person if they don’t have the focus and attention that allows them to actually get what’s going on. If a person is continually spun into disorientation, then they will get the ill effects of the coarser energies here, and everything else will be missed.

But light is light, and if you’re able to create the epiphanies, the breakthroughs, the shocks, the light bulb moments (that could be both good and bad because they’re jolts of awareness), if that could be supported, then that’s doing something in a way that works with the space in an interactive way. And all we’re doing is using our presence to make that happen, at a certain level of perception.

John: What the images in this dream describe is a process through which a new aspect, or a new energetic purity, comes across, goes through various levels, and then expresses into life.

So what I see is that there are a large number of vats arrayed on multiple levels and arranged into some kind of system. These vats look like large clay pots. Each of them is filled with water and they are hooked together in a specific sequence.

As water is put into one vat, it filters through to the next vat, then to the next vat, and so on. At the end of the line, after it has traveled through all of the vats, it comes out totally pure and clear.

Certain things happen along the way that can discolor the water, so that is why it has to go through all these different vats at different levels before it comes out clear again. Basically the images are showing an alchemical process – a transmutation.

At some point milk is introduced into the system. Traditionally, milk is considered an image of purity, and seems to have been added to help the process. Yet milk, and the white color, can also be associated with spiritual illusion, which speaks of false piety rather than true inner connection.

I realize, as I watch the milk processing through the vats, that it has clouded the water. Yet as it travels from vat to vat, the milk effect becomes diluted. Then I understand that we cannot have any corrupting influences whatsoever – at the end of the process it has to come out pure.

It’s even possible that the milk was a good idea, because in an alchemical process different elements are added together to create a more refined product at the end. There is the idea that something about milk denotes a quality of a greater closeness or connection – the overall impression is positive.

In this particular instance the milk acts as something that has to be worked through the vat system. But while it does that, the milk also sets other changes in motion as it goes through the various levels.

I take this to mean that, in some way, it has been assimilated or absorbed. When the water comes out clean and pure at the end, it isn’t just by filtering out the impurities, but by assimilating the new additions in a thorough way. My sense is that this allows the water to be pure, yet also it has benefitted in some way.

To me, the significance here is that it is showing how it works when a connection comes through life and back into creation. In other words, the clearer the channel, the greater the overall effect upon life.

Isn’t that how it is when a human being is living a life that is connected to its higher self? We take in the “impurities” of living a physical existence, whether through our own thoughts and actions, or through our interactions with others, and we refine the impressions, through our consciousness, and return them back to God.

So the imagery is very simple, but the mechanism it describes is very profound. Physical matter, in this sense, is a system for refining energetic matter. Even plants and trees capture sun energy for the planet. We humans can capture much higher energies, but we also can consciously serve the process of exchange between matter and energy in the most sophisticated way.
