At the end of the day we can sit for a few minutes and review how our day went. How did we handle that encounter, or why did we not speak up? Or, look how much we accomplished! This is not designed to be critical, but to be conscious of how we are, in relationship to the world we are interacting with, because being aware helps us in the future. We can look at our dreams in the same way: how are we handling, or managing, the scenes we are in? How does it make us feel? Today’s dream is a good example of this. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: I only remembered my last dream. And in that dream, at first I’m in a building, it seems like it’s an old wooden building with several stories to it. And I seem to go down to an office – I wish I could remember this more clearly – but there’s some younger kids, a guy that’s maybe 18, 19.

And then I seem to go down and talk with them in their office and then leave the building with them. And they take me down to an area where one of them is giving a concert. So we sit behind some bleachers, and the guy has his little band right to the side. And it feels like a girl about his age comes in that he knows, and then the whole room is filled up with people.

And as he’s singing and giving the concert sometimes all these little teeny boppers come and kind of swoon about that and it’s like the other girl and I are kind of looking at each other, because we just know him as almost like a brother. And so to see all these other kids kind of going gaga over him is kind of amazing.

Plus, we’re actually a little amazed that he really can sing quite well. He’s even made up some songs of his own and I’m impressed by that, that he can remember all these songs. Then he goes in front of us a bit to sing to some more girls who kind of flooded down from the bleachers kind of like to stream around the singer.

But then, when he’s over with the song, suddenly most of the adults and everybody just stand up and walk out. It’s like, well, it’s been there long enough and it’s time to go home. It’s just like this abrupt end to it all. That’s all I remember.

John: What did it feel like? Like, when you say you came down to this office and went with this guy to where he was doing his music gig, or a different energy, what did that feel like to do that?

Jeane: Well, it was a little more liberating once we went down to where he was singing than it was in the office atmosphere. The office atmosphere was just kind of restrictive.

John: Yes, the theme of the dream state, kind of like the lesson to be looked at for last night, had to do with being able to accommodate a flow, that may not even be something that you’re familiar with, that you’re aware that you’re familiar with, anyway, but that you’re able to accommodate, because you’re able to watch, or let go.

Now watching and let go have a lot in common, with the distinction that let go can imply an avoidance, but a proper letting go incorporates an inclusiveness.

So the greater office of your being is that in which you’re able to go into the various elements of flow, that exist in the outer, and be able to take it in, and be able to be kind of a watcher or empty space to that. And that helps facilitate it running its course, which means that it comes to a completion.

Deeper in all of that is that the letting go and holding the space that accommodates the letting go of a flow, that may be anything, it doesn’t have to be just what you portrayed, it can be anything, is your work. Is what brings you out of a trance, in which you find yourself as holding onto a separate modality.

You find that you can be in life and amidst all of this other stuff going on in the office of life and not get swept up by it, be able to accommodate it, however, in other words you don’t fight it. And you pull something out of that, then, that is important, that has its own beauty.

It may not be the beauty in the eyes of all people, but it’s a beauty, nevertheless, in terms of a way of being because things are just energies, they’re not positive or negative, per se. And by being able to be an empty space, you are able to take it in until it just runs its karma, comes to a fruition, or comes to its own deeper awakening.

videowatchseWe may like to think of ourselves as geniuses when we get that great idea or insight at just the right moment, but really we are much more of a receiving dish, and we receive information from the things we tune into. All energy carries information, just like a phone signal does, and we have the ability to tune in to the frequency of things (both good and bad) and get information from them – to whatever degree we are able to translate, or decode, the signal. And such information is particularly useful when we are trying to make a spiritual journey, because so much of our path is unknown to us. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: So I don’t remember my dreams all that clearly, but I know there’s one dream in which  it’s like I had something that I was going to finish, a task or something, then I realized I needed to have the music to it before I could finish it. But it didn’t feel like it was such a very long song, or a very long time that it was going to take me to finish it, so I was okay. It was like I could afford to continue the music until the task completed.

I just had to kind of reassure myself about that. You know, in that dream it was more like it was kind of time limited, and I could almost see the time, and see the music, and then I could finish what I was doing. That was one dream. Okay.

John: Yeah, that’s interesting. What you just did there goes along with my last dream, except you’re doing it with hearing, as opposed to a quality of seeing, which means you’re doing it with sound as opposed to light.

And it makes sense that it should be this way because – it’s actually odd that I hadn’t thought of it this way, or hadn’t said this before, even though I know it to be true – that within qualities of sound is also information, just like within light there is information.

So there is vibratory sound from manifestation, within manifestation, sound being kind of a different octave of light, and that sound, the kind of sound that we’re inclined to think of as a smaller than small quality of light does have, in a smaller of small equation, or manner, of existence, meaning manifestation, has information in a smaller than small way.

This is very interesting because there really is this as above, so below. You can have the information as a seeing that opens up, that actually is considered kind of an attribute of accessing greater and greater light, in most instances the senses haven’t been accentuated to be able to notice such things in an ability to read the soul kind of way. And the degree in which things are reflective by mannerism and made, or created, out of sound, similarly speaking a human being generally does not understand that in the qualities of sound there is also information.

Now how does sound facilitate something like this? By putting what you revealed there, together with what I dreamt, I am able to see that sound is important in terms of being able to facilitate the letting go. Seeing can be too much, and can burn you out, until you get accustomed to the light. Sound can be so subtle that you are not able to pick it up because you aren’t letting go.

In other words, a person’s ears ring all the time and in that ringing there are subtler and subtler levels of things that are hearable, and that there is a lot of merit to a form of meditation in which you can just be taken by the music, or the inner sound, a taking that involves a letting go. And so awareness and consciousness to other things going on in manifestation, that is there for one to be able to denote and appreciate, is accessible through sound in manifestation – or the above and the below. The above opens up as an aspect or quality of light coming down, and the below opens up as an aspect of something that has been quickened by the light from above, that rises up.

The best way of describing this is it’s a form of letting go, and the way you can denote that for yourself is as you listen to the sound, which we were directed to do, the direction was to keep going until you heard something more. And then when you heard something more, and got it, reach for still something more, and something more, and something more.

And little did you know that when you got something, when you had locked in an ability to hear something, what you were really hearing when the smaller than small was more opened up in terms of the information therein, that you kind of pick up etherically, so to speak that way, that this is occurring and that the only denotable characteristic that you can put your finger on is you caught up with such a sound by a quality of letting go.

If your thoughts are loud, if your concerns are loud, if there’s pressure on you, you can block all of that out. All of that is just naturally blocked out. In fact, you deny its existence.

alignedEverything communicates, as John says here in this analysis of Jeane’s dream. And so it does, if we are able to translate what is being communicated. Even so, our systems know a lot more than we do when using just our brains – though we can train ourselves to be more conscious about our greater connective abilities – and they are always trying to find balance, equilibrium, and flow. Just like the universe itself does. If we tune ourselves to that, we become part of it’s flow. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: The only thing I remember about my first dream is it was like I was watching a musical that was being produced, and just following it along. And I don’t remember any details of it really, just watching that musical being produced.

In my second dream, it’s like I’m somewhere where there’s going to be a wedding and people have gathered and they almost seem Middle Eastern but they are all wearing kind of poufy dresses, the women, and the men are dressed a little formally.

John: What you’re doing when you’re watching the musical being produced is it’s through music that sometimes information can come through, or a vibration, or an energetic can come through, that soothes, or opens up, or creates the ability to kind of get yourself in balance, or back into a state of equilibrium or something.

And the reason why it works like that, there’s the quality of the music of sound itself that’s in creation, and then there’s the quality of something that comes through the music, that is within the music somehow or another, that is bringing in information.

Through the calming and the soothing, deeper within all of that is a type of information. The reason why I say it’s information is because the reason why it soothes is it retains some aspect of one’s nature that’s in a kind of awkward, or disturbed, state. And when that nature is tamed, when something is soothed, then the expression can unfold.

So, you’re watching the music, beholding it as a type of seeing. In other words, it’s like the feminine role in this is first of all, it takes in, it finds the cadence of how it wants to feel everything in its world – that’s like a music.

And once it finds the cadence of how something feels, it can tell whether something is off or not. In other words, everything communicates in this way, just like it’s music, and it can then change or shape or rearrange if the situation calls for it. It can give something at that point in time to cause something to come together.

In other words, to be able to make a change that is meaningful. When you’re just sitting and watching music, what you’re doing is you are, in some subtle way, you are getting the information, so to speak, through this cadence and balance and way of knowing. It is helping you to align to your being. And when you’re aligned then you can do things, then you can make things happen.

Music works in that kind of magical way. There’s something in the masculine in the music, and then there’s something about how the feminine gets to a point of joy and cadence in her world that then opens up her ability to create.

This actually, a little bitty subtle thing like that, leads to a bigger image, in terms of what co-creation is all about. In other words, co-creation, what’s the co? You know, if we’re all God, what’s the co?

Well, when the masculine quality has the something to become clear. The feminine nature, through how she is able to feel things, is able then to effectuate the change. The feminine nature trying to do it on her own, is caught in moods and distortions in the environment, misaligned. Once she gets it, she knows, as if it’s already naturally within – and within just something like music, that can happen.
