do22oadWe like to think that stressful situations in life don’t really affect us, and also that we don’t pass that effect onto others – but we do. And this dream illustrates the potency of that, because a situation in waking life triggered a dream meant to process the energy through, but when the horses came to help, the help was rejected. So what was being processed became a swarm of wasps embedding themselves on the dreamer, and then no one would help her! We can also see how something not handled initially snowballs in its effect and potency. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: Well I had a strange dream. I went to a house and there’s people in the house that I knew from high school. It’s almost like they look like they did then, but I think about it as years later. We’re getting together for some kind of an event; it’s almost like they kind of flow better with each other than I flow with them.

At one point I remember I’ve gone from one part of the house to the other to see the people there. There’s one person in particular I always liked who is very kind of bright and nice, and I’m kind of observing what they do, and the other people as they come, and how they are like they used to be then. There’s both men and women there.

And then someone is bothered by something outside, and I go and I peek through just a partially open door, and I see a bunch of people have ridden up on horses. And then I go out into the yard. It’s like a saddle club has stopped for a minute to rest at the house, and they’re wandering around the yard and everything. And they come up and they talk to me, and I tell them the people in the house want them to leave.

Well then, because I’m outside, I go over to another building and I go into a room. I don’t know if it’s a library, or what kind of a room it is. There’s one of the other people there that I hadn’t seen, but these wasps have swarmed and formed nests in his body and they’re all over the place.

And then the wasps start swarming on me, and they swarm on my left wrist, and I think near the back of my neck. They don’t seem to get as much in my hair like they did with him, and maybe somewhere on my lower back. But they form a nest, or three nests at least. At first I try to get rid of them, but then these nests have hardened and they all seem to be asleep in the nests, the wasp nests, but they’re on my body and they’re hardened, and I’m kind of freaked out by this.

And I go back to the house, and I go to someone in the house that I think knows how to work with this, and will take them off me, or be able to get them off me, without having them all sting me, but this person is just really annoyed because everybody’s ready right now to go to a big dance that’s like an engagement party for one of the people. It’s even a couple I like, and they don’t want to hear of the wasps. I’m just supposed to put up with it.

And then I notice that I actually am wearing this kind of ice blue party dress, maybe even a corsage on the arm that partially covers the wasp thing. I run into a couple that I don’t even know or like very well, I mean I don’t know for what for what reason, but I mean I don’t even really know them – and I realize I can get a ride to the party with them. I’m not really even wanting to go, but that seems to be thing you’re supposed to do.

But I really can’t stand these wasp nests so much that I actually pull off part of one of the nests on my left wrist. Some of the wasps crawl around them but none seem to sting me. But I feel like I have to go to the party and bear that, and I don’t have a gift for the party so I see a box up on a shelf and I bring it down, and there’s some money in it that I had put there at some point, so I take some of that money out so I’ll have it if I see a chance to get a gift.

But I’m really still kind of freaked out by the wasps that I just have to suppress that, and hope I can find someone that knows how to get them off without them all stinging me.

John: Do you know what triggered it?

Jeane: Probably yesterday, which was a mess.

John: And notice the parallel in the vibes, because that vibe is now feeding into the dreamworld in order to help you resolve, or absolve, that condition. So notice that. Because this is a dream that’s designed to give you more of an in depth, up close, way of catching up with and noting that so that it is something that you’re able to handle.

Now, how is it that you normally handle something like this? You have an absolving quality in your nature that absorbs this. You’re trying to absolve this, and find that quality inside, and you’re able to somehow move in the direction of an absolving energy inside of yourself in the dream.

In other words, this is like an answer and a fix response to the scenario that came up yesterday. Generally, you always dream based upon the state and the condition you’re in. So if you’re carrying some sort of neurosis about your nature you’re going to have to contend with what that neurosis is, and get guidance and advice accordingly.

Now it’s real hard to understand that guidance and advice because the fact that it threw you around or affected you in some way, when you dream about it, are you going to be able to reach to a higher quality behind all of that that’s there for you to reach, that’s there for you to come out?

Now sometimes you can dream about something, like this is a kind of dream that you would not normally have because normally we don’t get thrown asunder like you were yesterday, but because you did, you have that propensity in your nature, a latent propensity in your nature and so you had this dream.

Now what else do you notice about this dream? What you notice is you have a huge effect in this dream. When you have this, you’re going around and you’re projecting that mannerism wherever you go. Notice that it fell apart slowly. Initially, you’re in a house and there is a very slight imbalance, and then that slight imbalance leads to these characters that come up on horses and wander around the yard.

Think of the symbolism of horses.Think of the power that a horse is meant to carry – and how you didn’t like that. Whatever came up you don’t like, and then realize how that then devolves further to where it becomes something that you can’t shake off, that embeds itself in your nature.

Well, when you have a nature that doesn’t normally have that, that flows in the outer, that has opened up something in the outer, and all of a sudden you have that, too, can you see how pervasive that is? That’s the reason for the horses was to bring in the idea of power behind that, and it penetrates into the outer and has a bad effect in the outer.

And it all fit within a nice storyline that looked entirely different, but it was about the vibration and how that vibration works in relationship to how it is that you are able to be, and how it comes across in life. You bet you need to take a step back and get a bit of a drill down on something like that because, once you have grown in a certain capacity and something like that comes over you you’ve got to be careful what you think about – meaning that your thoughts then are more powerful in terms of their effect and potency in terms of affecting things in the environment.

house-collapsepNo matter how well intentioned we are as we make our spiritual journey, there will come a point where we have to break through some spiritual illusions that we have held as we made our way. It’s natural because we can’t truly understand the way of something until we get deeper into it, when we are able to say, “Aha, so that’s how it is.” This dream shows this process in the dreamer, where a meeting with the queen awaits, but first the “family house” has to be torn down to make way for what needs to be built in the next phase. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: Then I have a dream in which there’s someone I’ve known since childhood, who’s planning her wedding, and I’m trying to facilitate. The fiancé is around, and other friends are around, and initially I can only do so much because at some point, around the time of the wedding, I have to go to England to do something with the queen there, go to court, do something.

So I’m doing what I can, but in the process of planning her wedding she’s getting really neurotic, even driving the fiancé nuts. At one point he comes to lay down next to me. He’s like just looking for some affection, or some kind of connection, and then that makes her nuts. I’m just trying to keep everything neutral, but getting a little fed up with the whole thing, too.

But it feels like her getting mad at me kind of gives her the energy to get refocused and start working again on what needs to be accomplished for the wedding. On the other hand, because she’s mad at me, now you feel like she doesn’t really even want me at the wedding – even though I found out I’m not going to be out of town after all.

Then I turn around and I go over to look at the house where I’ve been living, which is my family house, and it feels like I’ve been living on the lower levels of the house. In the upper levels are some monks who have been living there. And as I look at the house, something causes it all to start collapsing from the top where all the monks live. And it’s just kind of flowing down through, kind of like when you see a type of flow you get with a landslide.

It’s not like I have a sense anybody’s necessarily hurt, but obviously I can’t go back to the house. And this is causing someone who’d been observing the whole dream all the time to kind of reach out to me a little bit, instead of get wrapped up in all the types of strange emotions that have been going on with everybody else.

But I also have to get somewhere, so I go down an alleyway, or I’m going to down a street and I’ll be coming back to the house but, as I go down the street, I suddenly see that running rampant over the street are these prehistoric animals. Some of them look like small dinosaurs, and some just look like crocodiles, as they kind of sweep with their big tail down the street and things it’s like then they try to harass or get some of the people, or animals, or things that are going down there.

And one of them, particularly, a smaller one, starts to kind of want to chase me as I have to go down the street to get to where I’m getting, but at this point it seems like I really am kind of fed up with some stuff like that because I seem to pick up some small little log or something and I think I chop off its horn, or parts of its tail, or something. It’s something that discourages it anyway from continuing to bug me – just because I feel like I have to get past that street.

I don’t particularly really want to hurt the animals, even though they are kind of rampaging, but you have to not have them creeping up on your back, or trying to take a bite out of you so you have to whack them.

John: That last part is kind of a way that you have become kind of indulged, or indoctrinated, by some pattern that’s ancient and prehistoric in your past, that comes up and interrupts or interferes with the unfoldment of a process.

Now the process that’s unfolding has both a top and a bottom to it. The top of it is the queen: that’s the area in which something is in a greater realization in terms of something so much more. The bottom is that which is trying to be born, or married or whatever, that’s trying to awaken. And that part that is trying to awaken is personal, so that’s like in life. That’s something in life, and the queen in something of the higher self somewhere else.

So the part that’s trying to awaken has a precociousness about it because it sees this sort of thing as something that is happening with itself, and so what it’s doing is dwelling upon that in a kind of separate motif way so that when the conditions around it do not comport with it, it gets a little peevish. The part of yourself that knows that there has to be so much more, that yields to a greater importance, doesn’t really know what that greater importance is. That’s why it’s just referred to as the queen, that it has to do something for the queen. However, that process of serving the higher self leads to the tumbling down of a way of being that is meant to go away.

And what tumbles down is all these monks that tumble down, collapse in the house, and on the other side of that is what is real. See, that breaks the spiritual illusion and everything like that. So what you’re doing is you’re playing with this dichotomy between a part of yourself that sees itself waking up, coming into knowing something and realizing something, and in that regard you can be very possessive, and protective, and peevish if it interferes with what you perceive as a process.

But then you feel inside of yourself something that is speeded up. By speeded up means that it’s traveling somewhere, meaning that it is going to a greater beingness, that being the queen, and you’re trying to reconcile the two parts. Well, the carrying on by that which is getting married is louder. You have your excuses in terms of a responsibility somewhere else to the queen. You put the two together so that neither of those occur, neither of those become a predominant loudness, and you collapse the house, you collapse all of that which is meant to be in a stillness so that there is this greater overall wholeness that is there only.

There’s no house anymore. The idea of the house had something to do with the process of working with a higher self and a lower self, working with the queen, working with the getting married, and then when all of that goes away you just have a wholeness. Everything comes tumbling down and what remains is what is real. In other words, all the monks came tumbling down, too. That’s quite a dream isn’t it?

Now that importance all happened in the first two thirds of the dream. The other one third I was almost going to say hey, it’s over, and then I started to see that’s a throwaway. And no it’s not, it wasn’t a throwaway. In the past I’m inclined to treat it like it’s a throwaway because it’s all I can do to hold onto the forces to something else that’s louder and more important, but this was very important too because what this did is it pointed out what it is that you have done, over the course of time, that tends to keep you from recognizing this part that is so obvious.

In other words, it’s like your nature going all the way back to prehistoric time has gotten caught up in having to be involved with, in terms of an effect upon you, that has caused you to be thrown off and off to one side instead of catching this schematic that is quickened. Like in the first two thirds you can easily do this step back into this other that has its peculiarities yet, because your memories are so based upon those peculiarities – even though you may not have caught up with all of those memories, because like your dream is indicating it goes way, way back like prehistoric even – it has created an indulgence of your nature, in an abstracted way from the schematic awareness, and awakening, to something so much more, reaching for the higher self, or trying to awaken through the outer to any kind of spiritual conceptualization, all the Buddhas come tumbling down.

That’s the chemistry at play, and then the layer over the top of that was this whole background that you called prehistoric even, that basically held your primary attention instead of your pristine attention. It held your primary outer attention that kept you in a particular kind of trance.

uyy6Here we are, in this universe, on a planet that provides everything we need, and it’s easy to think that we can just use up everything and then, as some are planning, to go to the next planet and use that up. But really we are designed to give back to the universe, with the acts and intentions of our lives, if we choose to do so (that’s the reason for freedom of choice – we’re not slaves). If we do choose to give back, then there are responsibilities that need to be taken on. (At the end of this post there are instructions and a link to download this recording to your computer.)

Jeane: I seem to remember more of the tail end of my dream and, in this dream, at this point I think it’s you and I are living in this apartment, and it belongs to a landlady, that lives in one of the rooms up above I think. And when we’ve gone in the apartment, it’s like I suddenly notice some water coming down through a grate from up above.

And I look up above and the washing machine is going above, because I can kind of see through the grate, and some water is spraying down. And then that makes me aware that we have to be careful because there’s something in our unit where the water can go off also, and it means we also have to go over and talk to the landlady about it.

We can actually look at this grate and see what’s in part of the apartment above us. I can peer between two levels and I can see the water coming down, and see what the problem is, and I can also see that there’s probably a problem somewhere with the water in our unit, but I don’t remember specifically what that is.

So I kind of note about that because we have to go talk to the landlady about it, and we go out and, as we’re out and about and we’re planning an event, what had started out to be like a party or an event suddenly you’re turning it into a wedding. But you want it to take place at midnight, and you found someone to marry us that I think is Turkish or something, and I’m not even sure this is all legit, but suddenly I’m having to act as though it is, so I’m having to go get a dress.

And then I’m suddenly already wearing the dress, and we go into a dinner party and I think an ex-boyfriend of mine is there, some women are there. It feels like they’ve been involved in a play and it was the last night of the play, but we went over and grabbed one of them from the party because we needed them to set up some things for the wedding. And they were going around coordinating things. We had to go by the Health Department and get some test that they were going to coordinate.

I’m just still trying to figure out that this is real or not, because originally it was just going to be a party. And then I realize because I’ve been wearing the dress, now I have to clean it, so I’m trying to figure out how to get that done. And how do we coordinate all these people? But we have help from people around us. It’s just that we’re having to move pretty fast because it’s going to be the next night at midnight – and suddenly that involves to me like a lot of things that keep you busy every second, because we seem to be walking from one space to another, or from one person to another, as we handle all of this and are setting it up for the next night.

John: So what you’re doing in your dream is, as a scenario or seed thought, you’re sorting out a little bit of what happened at the dream group, in which kind of a deeper theme of the dream group was that you can get caught up in what you see, or in an indulgence, in terms of not necessarily being consumed by the general usual limitations in the outer.

And this is shown to begin with by you being able to see that something is amiss because you are actually able to peer up and realize that, coming down as if being able to peer through the levels of things, that coming down is a problem that’s going to be touching the place where you are at. The ability to do something like that comes with a price, and a consequence, and in your dream you’re shown that this causes you to have to take on a greater dynamic of things going on around you.

You know when you’re really dense and kind of really caught up in some sort of trance, amnesia, you just kind of motate about, but when all of a sudden something quickens you find yourself drawn into having to contend with things that normally you don’t have the energy for, that would stay repressed.

And so this dream is causing you to have to denote what is it that is important for you to be placing your energy so that you continue to honor the process of the waking up. In other words, the waking up is like the wedding. It’s like a marrying of a quality of your being. And now all of that invokes something so much more.

In other words, you can’t just continue to stay out of sight and pretend to be stupid yet. That only works when you actually are numb, and you have suddenly gotten to the point where you can see more. You can see things on the other side, other levels, and as a result that invokes change.

That’s kind of the theme of the dream wasn’t it? You might say last night at the dream group what was being questioned is, okay, there is this going on on the inner, but is that something… you know, let’s not forget manifestation and how one has to stay grounded here? And also let’s be sure that one doesn’t get caught up in this other, get lost in the other. That’s kind of the theme. In your case you took that and then you tweaked it from the standpoint, okay, one comes to have an awareness and ability to see on other levels, which means then that one has a responsibility in terms of how to conduct themselves. You don’t have it when you’re amnesic.
